Northern Raptor currently ships only within the United States.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Transit times

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timing depends on the carrier, destination, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Carrier delays

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Returned packages and failed delivery

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we may require payment of reshipping costs before sending it again.

Lost packages in transit

If you believe a package has been lost in transit, contact support@northernraptor.com and we will review the issue with you.

No international shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States are not eligible for fulfillment unless we clearly state otherwise on the site.
