Sizing & Fit

How do your sizes run?

True to size for adults. Most of our hoodies and tees are unisex cuts — if you usually wear a men's M, order M. The Raptor Crest Crop Hoodie is a women's cropped silhouette and runs a bit slimmer through the body. For exact measurements, see our Size Guide.

Will my hoodie shrink?

A small amount of shrinkage is normal in the first wash on cotton-blend hoodies. Wash cold, tumble dry low — or hang dry — and you'll keep the fit you bought.

What if I order the wrong size?

Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing. Please review the Size Guide before checking out. If something arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — see Returns below.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

United States only, for now.

How long until my order ships?

Orders typically process in 2 to 7 business days before shipment. Launches, holidays, and high-volume periods can stretch this — we'll keep you posted if your order falls in that window.

How long does delivery take after shipping?

Transit times depend on the carrier and destination. Most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Tracking is sent by email once your order ships.

My tracking says delivered but I don't have it.

First, check around the property and with anyone who might have grabbed it (neighbor, household member). Then contact the carrier directly — they have the most accurate delivery details. If you still need help after that, email us at support@northernraptor.com and we'll review the shipment with you.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We're US-only for now.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

What's your return policy?

All sales are final once production starts. Most of our products are made to order, which means there's no warehouse pulling stock — your order kicks off a production run. We can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or wrong size selected at checkout.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@northernraptor.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the problem

If your claim is approved, we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund — whichever fits the situation best.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Email support@northernraptor.com as soon as possible. We can only honor changes or cancellations before production starts. Once it's in production, we can't pull it back.

Mouthguards & Battle Locker Gear

How does sizing work for mouthguards?

All Northern Raptor mouthguards are boil-and-bite, designed to mold to your athlete's teeth and bite. One size fits most adolescent and adult mouths. Detailed fitting instructions ship with every guard.

How long does a mouthguard last?

With proper care, a season of regular use. Replace immediately if it tears, warps, or no longer holds its molded shape. Anything chewed through during games doesn't protect the way it should.

How do I clean it?

Rinse with cool water after every use. Brush gently with toothpaste. Never soak in hot water — it'll warp the mold. Store in the case it ships in.

Do you do custom team designs or bulk orders?

Yes. Coaches, team parents, and league organizers — email support@northernraptor.com with what you need. Tell us the team, the quantity, the timeline, and any design ideas. We'll come back with what's possible.
